Working principle:
When the shock plate is struck on the ground and an impact force is applied to the ground, P waves and S waves propagate downward along the borehole formation. When the P waves and S waves propagate to the position of the detector, the detector can convert the P wave and The S-wave first arrival time and vibration waveform are converted into electrical signals and recorded by the instrument. The wave velocity value of the stratum between the two points can be calculated from the first arrival time difference of the adjacent P · S waves.
